Conditions for returns and refunds.

Return Period

You may request a return within the period we specify at the time of purchase (for example 14 or 30 days from delivery). The exact period will be communicated when you order. After this period, returns may not be accepted unless the item is faulty or we are required to accept the return under consumer law.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, in original packaging where applicable, and in the same condition as when you received them. We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Proof of purchase may be required.

Cost of Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked or signed service so you can confirm delivery. If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping as required by law.

Return Process

Contact us via the Contact page to request a return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back. Pack the item securely and send it to the address we give you. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange in line with this policy and Australian consumer law.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return once used or if packaging has been opened (for example for hygiene or safety reasons). We will inform you at the time of purchase or in the product description where this applies. Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are not subject to this restriction.

General Legal Requirements

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). You may have additional rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law and applicable state and federal consumer legislation in Australia.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been sent, cancellation may not be possible and you may need to follow the return process instead. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible when you contact us.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process any refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will be made in Australian dollars (AUD) to the original payment method where possible. Processing may take a few business days. We will notify you when the refund has been initiated.
